This role offers exposure to both residential and commercial projects , providing variety and the opportunity to further develop your skills across different build environments. You will be working on high-quality construction projects, contributing to framing, fit-out and finishing works while maintaining strong workmanship standards. Tasks & Responsibilities Perform carpentry work across residential and/or commercial projects Framing, fixing and general carpentry duties Assist with fit-outs and finishing work Read and interpret construction drawings Work collaboratively with site teams and supervisors Maintain high quality and safety standards Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Skills & Experience Essential Trade-qualified Carpenter Experience in residential and/or commercial construction Ability to read and interpret plans Strong attention to detail and workmanship Good communication and teamwork skills White Card Current driver's licence Highly Regarded Experience across both residential and commercial sectors Ability to work independently on site Additional tickets or certifications Salary & Benefits $85,000 - $100,000 super (depending on experience) Full-time permanent role Consistent pipeline of work Opportunity to develop across different project types Supportive team environment About the company The employer is a well-established construction business operating across residential and commercial sectors in Canberra.
